Description: Executive Power Center, Inc. (EPC) was established in 1988 as a full-service business center to provide a business platform for Messrs. Charles M. Romig, President, and Peter D. R. Davies, EVP and Managing Director. Originally located at the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank Building , in 1993 EPC moved to the 6th floor of the Pacific Star Building on Makati Ave. , the premiere building in the Makati Central Business District. The operation was further expanded in 1995 to the 24th Floor and in the 21st century EPC is offering over 600 sq. m. of executive office space to its clientele.
Over the years, the principals have also utilized the facilities of the business center to start several other businesses, either by themselves or with other partners. These businesses include property management, resort development, construction management and consultancy, software development, internet and web site service provision and ventures in the restaurant business.
EPC and its Directors are proud to have contributed to the economy of the Philippines by assisting many local entrepreneurs and multinational investors to establish their operations in this country. The facilities and the range of services provided has necessarily grown over time to meet the demanding requirements of these businesses.
